This is a high-trust, high-impact role - ideal for someone who thrives on leading client relationships, developing teams, and influencing business growth from the inside.You’ll play a pivotal role in:Client Account Leadership – Acting as a senior contact across key infrastructure clients, maintaining long-term relationships that go beyond individual projects.Business Development – Working alongside directors to identify opportunities, support bids, and grow market share in the region.Team Leadership – Mentoring and guiding a team of cost managers, helping them deliver with confidence while creating space for their professional development.Commercial Ownership – Managing fee turnover, resource allocation, and profitability - bringing clarity to the numbers and strategy to the process.What You’ll BringA solid consultancy background in cost or commercial managementA strategic mindset, with the ability to balance delivery, leadership, and growthThe interpersonal skills to lead client conversations and internal teamsA deep understanding of the Midlands market and its driversWhether you're currently operating at Associate level or stepping up from a Senior Cost Manager role, you’ll be trusted to make decisions, influence direction, and deliver with autonomy.
