Hybrid working: up to 2 days from home each week. 28 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service). Paid support for professional qualifications - they’ll back your journey to Chartered. 9–5 hours with a proper lunch break, so your evenings stay yours.What you’ll do: Craft detailed, technical reports and handle a wide range of planning cases. Be a trusted point of contact for clients and providers. Dive deep into pensions, investments & protection - the complex stuff that keeps it interesting. Mentor juniors and help improve processes as the team grows.What you’ll bring: At least 3-4 years of solid paraplanning experience. Level 4 Diploma (essential), ideally working towards Chartered. Sharp technical knowledge and a knack for explaining advice clearly.
