Head of Transaction Management - Real Estate FinanceWe are working exclusively with a leading real estate lender on the search for a Head of Transaction Management – a senior hire to strengthen their deal execution function.This is a pivotal leadership role for someone with deep experience in complex, structured real estate lending – the type of professional who has successfully executed hundreds of transactions across bridging, development, investment and loan-on-loan deals (ranging from £1m to £100m+).The RoleYou will take ownership of the end-to-end execution process, ensuring transactions are delivered within agreed risk appetite and timeframes. This involves:Managing a panel of external law firms, ensuring quality and speed of delivery.Working closely with originators, credit, borrowers and co-lenders to get deals across the line.Applying technical expertise to identify issues early, resolve blockers, and protect the lender’s commercial position.Leading execution on multi-lender, intercreditor and loan-on-loan transactions.Acting as the commercial “glue” between legal, credit and origination – ensuring consistency, discipline and delivery.Ideal candidates will bring:A track record of executing complex, structured real estate finance transactions.Strong technical knowledge across property, credit and intercreditor agreements.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (law firms, borrowers, junior originators, co-lenders).Commerciality, resilience, and the ability to drive deals forward in pressured environments.Why Apply?This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership-level execution role within a high-performing real estate lender.
