Executive Receptionist

We have amazing Temporary opportunities as an Executive Receptionist working for a number of small, medium and large companies in Central London. We are seeking candidates who want to be our ‘go to temp’ for ‘on the day’, week and ongoing temporary assignments.Our clients range from property, creative, tech start ups, retail head offices to asset management, serviced offices, oil/gas and other professional services firms. You will be required to be well presented and have exceptional communication skills.As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact, delivering 5 star customer service at all times. You will be a Brand Ambassador meeting and greeting HNWi clients, working with internal and external stakeholders and building the most welcomed and trusted Receptionist space!Pay rate £13p/h - £14p/hYour responsibilities will include;Being the first point of contact to all guestsBooking and managing all meeting room bookingsAnswering all callsEnsuring the reception are is tidy and clean at all timesSetting up meeting rooms and AV equipmentOrdering and organising cateringAssisting with staff and client eventsOrdering and tracking stationary and kitchen suppliesAssisting the PA’s with general administrative tasksLiaising with vendors and suppliesLiasing with facilities and building managersAssisting in the set up of nee startersOrdering couriersGeneral adhoc tasksWhat you need to possess;Corporate reception or similar high end/luxury customer service experienceExperience in managing a busy reception areaWorking in professional, polished environmentTeam player and collaborative approachLove being a Brand Ambassador and ReceptionistExceptional customer service and communication skillsAn agile, adaptable and down to earth approachIf you want to be a TATE TEMP and happy to be sent out to our exciting clients and fit the spec above, please do get in touch and send your CV.
