My client requires a experienced and professional multi skilled carpenter to join their highly reputable maintenance division. Start date: September 2025 Location: Castle Vale & Surrounding Birmingham Hours: Optional hours of 36 hours to 40 hours per week -Monday Friday Job role: Multi Skilled Carpenter to carry out planned and reactive repairs on tenanted and void domestic social housing properties. Repairs work will range from 2nd fix carpentry, replacing skirting, doors, hand rails, kitchen repairs, 2nd fix basic plumbing, tap changes, fixing leaks and a small amount of tiling.
