Utility Arboriculture Surveyor

Job DescriptionDescriptionAs a Utility Surveyor, using your technical expertise, you will deliver a first-class service to our customers with safety being paramount. Your role will be to identify, evaluate and quantify work required to maintain contract specification safety clearances from overhead electrical networks.nThis role sits within our arboriculture and infrastructure vegetation management division where we have an excellent reputation for the safe and efficient delivery of arboriculture and infrastructure vegetation management services. Operating across the Midlands and the South East, from our Ledbury and Hermitage offices, we work across numerous strategic, long term contracts.nKey ResponsibilitiesnWe are looking for someone who understands the relevant industry legislation and safety guidelines associated with carrying out arboricultural worknWe are looking for someone who will recognise the importance of carrying out site-specific risk assessments with a robust emergency procedurenWe are looking for someone to collate work packs in line with contract specification that enable our operational arborists to carry their worknWe are looking for someone to liaise with private landowners and other stakeholders to gain consent for our worksnWe are looking for someone to identify & understand safety zones and understand their inherent dangersnWe are looking for someone to ensure your own and others safety on sitenWe are looking for someone to coach and mentor junior members of the teamnWe are looking for someone to work with the wider delivery team to ensure work is tracked and completed according to the clients requirementsnWe are looking for someone who will enjoy working autonomously, always focused on delivering a first-class service with a professional mannernExperience and QualificationsnHave a minimum of 2 years arboriculture experiencenHold UA1, 2.1 and UA5nAny additional competencies would be an advantagenSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
