Sales Engineer CHP / Gas Upgrading up to 50K + benefits UK-based (hybrid / travel as required) MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Engineer for a well-established provider of CHP and decentralised energy solutions. This role will support the continued growth of UK operations, focusing on technically led sales across CHP and power generation projects. As a Senior Sales Engineer , you will be responsible for: Developing and managing sales opportunities across CHP and power generation projects Acting as the technical lead during the sales process, supporting feasibility studies, proposals, and bid submissions Working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Supporting contract negotiations and contributing to overall sales strategy Identifying new market opportunities and supporting business growth within the energy sector Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical-commercial role Strong industry experience within CHP, power generation, or a closely related energy sector Solid technical understanding of CHP systems and decentralised energy solutions Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively Full UK driving licence What's on offer: Competitive salary up to 50K Opportunity to work with a leading CHP technology provider Long-term career progression within a growing UK business Supportive and technically driven working environment Company benefits package To apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply via the link below or contact Machaela on 01489 533 034 or for a confidential chat.
