Sales Manager - Weddings & Events

Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager specialising in weddings & events. Working solely onsite at a 3 star country hotel in the south Solihull area, your duties will include: Managing the entire sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting venue tours, presenting packages and securing bookings. Building and maintaining relationships with couples, wedding agents, and other industry professionals to generate leads and repeat business. Working closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of wedding services, including coordinating with vendors and managing the event timeline. Assisting with promotional and marketing activities, such as developing brochures, attending wedding fayres, and managing social media presence. Staying up-to-date on wedding industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of wedding planning processes and industry trends. Proficiency in using sales and event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A passion for weddings and providing exceptional customer service.
