Applicant is to be based in the South Midlands area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales operations within the assigned territory, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing product expertise, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting on sales activities and performance.QualificationsProven field sales experience and ability to meet sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship managementStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesKnowledge of the plastics industry segments is a plusAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in business or related field sales experienceHunter mindset Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
