Job DescriptionSenior Salesforce Service Cloud Architect (Contract)Location:Hybrid Onsite 23 days/week in Birmingham or NorthamptonContract Length:Initial 2 months (highly likely extension up to 12 months)Rate:Competitive, Outside IR35About the Role:Were seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to join one of our key clients on a contract basis. This is a critical role driving the design and delivery of robust, scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.Youll work closely with technical and business stakeholders, lead workshops onsite (23 days/week initially), and ensure successful solution design, delivery, and integration across a complex enterprise landscape.Key Responsibilities:Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solutionsDesign detailed solution architectures, technical specifications, and data modelsGuide technical teams on configuration, customisation and best practicesLead and participate in workshops with key stakeholders onsiteEnsure integration with other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareMaintain alignment with enterprise architecture strategy and governanceContribute to continuous improvement and mentor technical team membersAbout You: Proven expertise designing and delivering Salesforce Service Cloud solutions Strong integration knowledge and experience with enterprise platforms Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF desirable) Relevant Salesforce certifications highly desirable Willingness to travel onsite to Birmingham or Northampton 23 days/weekHow to Apply:If youre ready to bring your Salesforce Service Cloud expertise apply today to discuss further!
