Job Description Our well established client, based in Staffordshire, is currently looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer on a full time, permanent basisYou are required to travel to and work at various locations within the UK, so a full, valid driving licence is requiredYou will be covering mainly the East & West Midlands37,000 - 40,000 pa, dependant on experienceMonday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week)This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and employment references.Duties: Electrical installations within both commercial and domestic properties. Planned & Reactive Electrical Service & Maintenance. 1 and 3 phase power installations. EICR Electrical Testing. Energy-saving LED lighting upgrades.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years site experience (industry based) in completing Electrical InstallationsElectrical experience within both commercial and domestic properties.Good Knowledge and understanding of BS 7671 - IET Wiring RegulationsExcellent knowledge of Electrical services and productsAwareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of workingHave a good eye for detail and highly motivated to succeedFlexible approach: Due to customer demands, the ability to work additional hours over and above contracted hours if and when required, where overtime would be payable.Be part of the emergency call out team on a rota basisTo promote a positive and professional attitude to all customers and staff.Self- motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as within a team.Willing to undertake further training/development within the post as required.The ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other members of the public.Full UK (Clean) driving licence.Qualifications RequiredCity & Guilds BS7671:2018 Level 3 - Electrical InstallationsCity & Guilds 2391 (2391-52) - Testing and Inspecting (previously 2394/2395)BenefitsReview after probationary period.Paid door to door less 30 minutes travel and 1 hour lunch per day.Overtime at time and half.OOH Call out rota 1 in 6-8 weeks paid 100 standby, attended call out 1st hour 40 additional hrs @ time and half23 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.NEST pension scheme.VITALITY company health scheme.Company Vehicle (commercial) with Fuel Card & M6 Tag.Company Phone.Company expense card.Power tools.Company/corporate clothing, boots allowance and PPE.JBRP1_UKTJ
