REQUIREMENTS • A strong background in Commercial Conveyancing and a comprehensive understanding of property law. • Ability to work across both offices, with flexibility to travel between locations as required. • Ambitious and commercially minded, with a long-term vision to grow within the firm—potential for future ownership for the right candidate. • Strong ties to Staffordshire or Shropshire preferred. • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about developing a career in Commercial Property law.
