Senior Architectural Technician Location: Birmingham Salary: 35k-45k Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Working A Senior Architectural Technician is required for a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team delivering projects that make a real difference to people and their communities. About the Role Youll take the technical lead across a variety of exciting projects in sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and emergency services. With a strong focus on RIBA Stages 46, youll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, technically robust work Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and delivery of projects. Oversee and support the production of high-quality technical drawings and documentation Work across a variety of sectors, including residential, education, care and emergency services Collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Essential Skills and Experience Solid experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM A good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current planning legislation Proven experience delivering projects across RIBA stages Confident working within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams Desirable Skills Experience in a BIM Level 2 environment CIAT accreditation Advanced skills in Revit, 3D modelling and rendering Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Whats in It for You 35-45k Salary DOE Flexible working policy in place Hybrid working model Life assurance Good pension Twice yearly pay reviews Sponsorship of professional fees Join a team where your contribution directly improves lives and communities, and where your career progression is a clear priority.
