Support Worker Childrens Residential Homes (Learning Disabilities & EBD) Were looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in a 3 bedded residential home. Youll help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. What were looking for: Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure. Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Experience with children or learning disabilities is essential Driving licence essential Residential childcare qualification is preferred We offer: Excellent pay rates plus supplements for sleep-ins/overtime.
