Performance Marketing Executive/ Senior Exec Location: Floor Street. This is a hands-on role suited to a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimising campaigns, improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling revenue through paid growth.You will assist in managing campaigns end-to-end from planning, creative briefing and audience strategy to reporting, testing, and optimisation. Working closely with the head of marketing, content, and eCommerce teams, you’ll ensure every campaign drives measurable ROI and supports Floor Street’s commercial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Assist in creating PPC, paid social, remarketing, display, and video campaigns.Help optimise campaigns to achieve strong ROAS, CPA efficiency, and conversion growth.Create structured testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative tests, bidding strategies).Collaborate with the content team to brief creatives that drive high engagement and conversions.Monitor daily performance and make proactive, data-led optimisation decisions with the Head of Marketing.Implement automation tools, scripts, and AI-driven optimisation methods to enhance campaign efficiency.Identify opportunities for new channels, audience expansion, and growth experimentation.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing Proven results across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads and Tiktok.Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, remarketing, display, and video advertising.Demonstrated ability to optimise for ROAS, CPA, and profitable growth.Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and data interpretation.Exceptional skills in reporting, measurement, and data-led decision-making.Excellent communication and project management skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and new optimisation technologies.Desirable SkillsExperience with international or multi-market campaigns.Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads Manager.Understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce/CRM systems.Knowledge of attribution modelling and first-party data segmentation.Experience managing product feeds through Google Merchant Centre or Channable.Interest in home improvement, interiors, and digital innovation.What We OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Creative freedom to test, innovate, and optimiseA collaborative environment within a fast-growing UK brandCareer progression as the marketing team expandsBenefits:CanteenCasual dressCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountEmployee mentoring programmeFree parkingGym membershipOn-site parkingStore discount
