Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (2 days in office) Full or part time Katie Bard are supporting a fast-growing organisation looking to hire a Campaign Manager to lead the delivery of high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, paid and content channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on delivery position but also brings strategic thinking, brand judgment and a data-led mindset. The Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in shaping messaging, executing campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints ,while also feeding insights into product-led growth, CRO and optimisation initiatives. The main part of the role will be Campaign & Brand Management. This will entail: Planning, build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid media and content marketing. Developing campaign calendars, journeys and workflows to support lead generation, customer engagement and retention. Managing campaign setup, copy, creative briefing, scheduling and delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams (content, digital, product and sales) to ensure campaign alignment and integration. Optimise campaign performance through testing, refinement and insight-driven iterations. Leading audience segmentation and targeting to maximise impact across B2B and B2C channels. Monitoring delivery timelines, approvals and performance to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Protecting and evolving brand guidelines, ensuring all campaign assets meet visual and tone-of-voice standards. Translating core brand messaging into compelling campaign narratives. Providing creative oversight and clear briefs to designers, agencies and content teams. In addition, you will support product-led growth initiatives by ensuring campaign messaging aligns with activation, adoption and retention goals. You will also use analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, Looker or similar) to track performance and deliver actionable insights and assist with CRO activity. Applicants must have: 3 years experience in campaign management, digital marketing or multi-channel marketing roles. Strong track record of delivering email, social and digital campaigns end-to-end. Experience briefing creative teams and managing brand consistency. Strong written communication and the ability to craft clear, on-brand messaging.
