Insight Analyst – Social and Environmental FocusWest Midlands | £61,000 + bonus + excellent benefitsWe are seeking an experienced Insight Analyst to join a purpose-driven organisation delivering impact across social and environmental priorities.This role is about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape business decisions and support progress against key sustainability and social value goals. You’ll work across functions to influence initiatives such as reducing carbon footprints, improving food waste management, and evaluating the impact of community programmes.What you’ll be doingAnalysing large datasets to support environmental and social value initiatives, including carbon reporting, waste reduction, and colleague development programmes.Designing dashboards and KPIs that track progress and enable evidence-based decision-making.Producing high-quality insight reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.Collaborating with teams across sustainability, procurement, HR, and operations to align insights with organisational goals.Supporting ongoing ESG reporting by ensuring data quality and consistency.What we’re looking forA proven track record in insight or data analysis, ideally with experience in a sustainability, ESG, or social value environment.Degree educated in a numerate discipline such as maths, data science, environmental science, or social policy.Strong skills in Power BI (or similar), Excel, and SQL for data wrangling and visualisation.Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories for diverse audiences.Collaborative mindset with the confidence to engage stakeholders across multiple business areas.What’s on offer£55,000 - £61,000 salary plus up to 15% bonusPension matched up to 6%28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a holiday purchase schemeThe opportunity to join a high-profile analytics team driving meaningful change for people, communities, and the environment.
