Youll focus on high-impact lead generation campaigns for clients such as dentists, chiropractors, plastic surgeons, and other B2C health service providers.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to step into a senior-level role with real influence, this is your opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns focused on B2C lead generation.Use audience insights, creative testing, and bid management to maximise campaign performance.Work cross-functionally with account managers and creatives to align campaign execution with brand objectives.Provide in-depth reporting and strategic insights to both clients and internal teams.Manage budgets strategically to ensure efficient use of ad spend.Essential Experience:Minimum 3 years experience running paid social campaigns, particularly within B2C lead generation.Recent hands-on experience in the healthcare services sector (e.g. dentists, chiropractors, cosmetic clinics).Strong understanding of Facebook Ads platform, including pixel tracking and segmentation strategies.Proven ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.Experience working in a fast-paced agency or multi-client environment.Salary: 35,000 - 40,000
