Job DescriptionPropel is collaborating with a growing retail company to find new CRM talent to help fuel their growth and customer-centric objectives.The CompanyA retailer and service provider, this company is highly focused on offering the best to their customers, whichever channel they come through.Their marketing team is crucial to ensuring clear customer communications and timely offers that are personalised and tailored to suit their audience.They now have an opportunity for new CRM talent to join the team and help them drive solid email marketing campaigns across a nurtured customer lifecycle.The Opportunity Join a successful marketing team to lead on CRM communications, primarily across email marketing but may also include other common channelsHelp with customer segmentation for personalisation and tailored campaigns to customersNurture customers across their lifecycle, from acquisition welcome journeys to seasonal campaigns like Christmas and retaining customers to the brandBe part of a collaborative, low-ego team where everyone has the customer at the core of everything, and every idea is welcome.Requirements:Prior CRM experience across email marketing and customer lifecycle marketingPrevious retail experience is very desirable, or a similar customer-centric industryAttitude is super important - this is a lovely team of people who are proactive, they roll their sleeves up and dive into their work head first!
