As part of a growing partnership, youll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the venues event production services and ensure it remains a top choice for clients in the live events and exhibitions sector.Who We're Looking For:We welcome applicants from two main backgrounds:Experienced Production Managers who are ready to move into a senior leadership role, grow a team, and drive strategic improvements.Established Senior Operations / Production Managers who already have extensive experience leading teams and AV operations and are looking for their next rewarding challengewith a salary up to 55,000 to reflect that.In both cases, youll need to have a passion for live events, technical AV know-how, and the drive to lead and inspire a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop a talented AV and event production teamDeliver outstanding technical solutions across live, hybrid, and virtual eventsBuild strong, long-lasting client relationships through reliable, high-quality serviceCollaborate with the venues sales team to create seamless end-to-end event experiencesOversee all rigging and AV production elements within the venues conference suiteEnsure readiness and maintenance of all technical equipmentProduce quotations, technical specifications, and CAD drawingsMaintain high standards of safety and compliance across all operationsDrive continuous improvement in both service delivery and team performanceSkills and Experience:Background in event production and AV technical delivery (live, virtual, or hybrid)Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsStrong client management and commercial awarenessAbility to work hands-on and think strategicallyExperience with CAD, costings, and technical specificationsClear understanding of Health & Safety best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA full driving license and ability to commute to BirminghamWhat We Offer:Salary from 45,000 to 55,000 depending on experienceBonus scheme tied to gross profit and growthOpportunity to make a significant impact at a well-regarded venueCareer progression and development within a growing operationAbout Us: Disrupt Talent Your Recruitment PartnersWere specialists in the live events and exhibitions space, dedicated to connecting top talent with dynamic, high-impact roles.
