Job Description Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal ExecutiveBirmingham | Remote & Hybrid WorkingA well-established and rapidly expanding law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executiveto join its Birmingham-based team. This is aremote role, although travel to the office is expected twice a month -combining home working with time spent in a modern, collaborative office environment.The OpportunityThis role is suited to a confident clinical negligence practitioner (solicitor or legal executive)ready to take ownership of a varied and complex caseload. Working within a highly regarded team you will play a key part in delivering exceptional outcomes for your clients.The practicehas built a strong reputation for quality work, technical excellence and client care. You will manage cases independently, contribute to team performance, and help drive matters forward with a proactive, commercially aware approach.
