This role offers the opportunity to manage your owncaseload of fast-track and small claims litigated personal injury cases , while also supporting and supervising junior members of the team. With a strong reputation in thedefendant personal injury and motor claims sector , this is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced Fee Earner to develop within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The Team: The Motor team handles a broad mix of litigation work, including: Personal injury Credit hire Complex liability motor claims Clients includemajor UK insurers ,self-insured businesses ,TPAsandcommercial organisations . Key Responsibilities: Manage amixed caseloadof litigated fast-track and small claims, primarily arising from road traffic accidents Apply knowledge of theMOJ Portal ,OIC processand theCivil Procedure Rules (CPR) Conduct negotiations, draft pleadings and manage files through to trial or settlement Supervise, mentor and support junior team members Work closely with clients and maintain high standards of service and communication Use case management systems and manage competing deadlines effectively Required Experience: 2–5 years’ experiencehandlingfast-track and small claims personal injury litigation(defendant-side preferred) Experience managing apersonal caseloadindependently Familiarity withcourt procedures , theCPR ,MOJ PortalandOIC process Proven ability tomentor or support junior colleagues Excellent client care, organisational and time management skills Confident usingcase management systemsand legal technology The experience range above is provided as a guideline and does not exclude applicants with more or less experience who meet the role’s core requirements.
