The team works with a diverse range of clientsincluding investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and property ownersproviding strategic advice on how to avoid, manage, and resolve complex real estate disputes.The RoleAs part of this team, your work will cover a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including: Landlord and Tenant Disputes:Commercial lease renewals and rent reviewsLease breaches, assignments, subletting, and unlawful alterations or usesPossession recovery of both commercial and residential propertiesEffective exercise of lease break clausesMixed-use schemes and statutory rights of pre-emptionWider Disputes:Adverse possession and boundary disputesRights of light, restrictive covenants, and nuisance claimsLand acquisition and sale disputes, including development agreementsTrespasser removal and strategic site clearanceAbout YouEither an NQ or above with experience in Commercial Litigation or ideally property litigation.Are strong team players with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsDemonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAre ambitious, highly organised, and detail-orientedCan manage their own caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentIf this is of interest please get in touch with Rory Brand at Simpson Judge today for a highly confidential chat.
