The department is known for high-quality, high-profile work, advising a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally. Working alongside Legal 500-rated Partners, the team has extensive experience advising businesses including enterprises, SMEs, financial institutions, and FTSE 100 companies. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.
