This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping engineering and manufacturing businesses attract and develop the next generation of talent.Youll support companies recruiting apprentices into the sector, oversee day-to-day recruitment activity, and ensure candidates and employers receive an outstanding service throughout the process.The RoleYou will take ownership of apprentice recruitment activity while coordinating the operational delivery of the recruitment team.Manage the day-to-day activity of the apprentice recruitment teamSupport engineering and manufacturing companies to recruit new apprenticeship talentManage your own recruitment caseload from vacancy through to offerAllocate workload across the team to ensure deadlines and service standards are metCoordinate and deliver recruitment events such as open days and assessment centresManage the transfer of successful apprentices to the delivery team for enrolment and timetablingMaintain and develop online recruitment systems and databasesProduce recruitment reports, statistics and marketing materialsEnsure processes comply with employment law and data protection requirementsAbout YouWere looking for someone highly organised with strong coordination skills who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.Experience in an administration, recruitment or education environmentExperience working in a customer-facing roleStrong IT skills Experience managing or coordinating data and producing reportsExcellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlinesA proactive approach and the confidence to solve problems independentlyWhy Join Make UK?Youll be joining a team dedicated to supporting the future of UK manufacturing by helping businesses recruit and develop skilled apprentices.
