Job Description Top 50 firm seeks experienced employment associate to bolster its team in Birmingham, handling work for high calibre clients.The firm has an impressive employment law offering in various locations across the UK, and this is an exceptional opportunity for an employment lawyer of circa 3-5yrs PQE who is looking to handle top quality work on a regular basis to join its Birmingham office.Headed up locally by a leading employment law partner, you will have the opportunity to work with some really impressive clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from drafting employment contracts to negotiation of severance packages, as well as advising on restructuring, TUPE, discrimination claims, wrongful dismissal and redundancies.You will likely come from a large national or international firm background where quality respondent-focused employment law work is the norm, and will be seeking to work closely with a smaller team of specialists where you can both gain proper exposure to clients, as well as being involved in the business development and marketing initiatives headed up by the partner in charge.
