Job Description HR Shared Services Team Leader (Onboarding)Birmingham | Hybrid WorkingKatie Bard are recruiting an experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to join a well-established Shared Services function within a large, complex organisation. This role sits within a policy-led, process-driven environment and is responsible for the consistent delivery of HR operations activity across the business on a national basis.The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of approximately five HR Shared Service Administrators and ensure that all activity is delivered in line with agreed policies, service standards and governance requirements. This role will be working within a wider global HR team.This role will entail managing people, delivery and performance to ensure a seamless HR service.The key responsibilities for this role will include:Line management and performance oversight of an HR Shared Services teamEnsuring national HR processes are applied consistently and compliantlyMonitoring HR service metrics, workflows and turnaround timesProducing HR operational reports for senior stakeholdersSupporting peak activity periods and HR workloadsIdentifying incremental process improvements within established policy frameworksWorking collaboratively with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and service deliveryApplicants MUST have:Proven experience in recent an HR Shared Services environment managing a teamStrong understanding of process governance and policy adherenceConfidence operating in a structured, high-volume environmentA measured, professional approach with clear stakeholder credibilityKatie Bard is acting as an agency and is an equal opportunities employer
