Youll be the key point of contact for hiring managers, promoting TeacherActive as an employer of choice, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.Your role will include:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to post offer stagePromoting TeacherActives brand and career opportunities to attract top candidatesCreating engaging job adverts and sourcing talent via LinkedIn, CV databases, and other channelsConducting telephone interviews and building strong, ongoing relationships with candidatesCollaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver an outstanding recruitment serviceMaintaining and managing candidate pipelines for a seamless hiring processWorking closely with the People Team to support smooth onboarding for new hiresMeeting agreed KPIs and targets in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environmentContributing to improving internal recruitment processes and practicesWhat Were Looking For:Were looking for someone confident, driven, and results focused.
