We are seeking a sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham office, specialising in the fast-paced Trades & Labour market.As a Recruitment Consultant, your focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with organisations across the West Midlands, supplying skilled blue collar workers to meet urgent project demands. This is a dynamic, high-volume market where speed, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills are key to success.You will be conducting business development (sales calls) to engage site managers, project leads, and hiring managers, while sourcing and placing candidates into roles such as labourers, tradespeople, and site operatives.
