A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, compliant, and people-centric culture.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance to managers on a wide range of ER matters including absence management, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, and probation reviews.Coach and support people leaders to handle sensitive issues fairly and in line with legal and regulatory frameworks.Manage end-to-end ER casework, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Support international HR operations, including redundancy processes, Occupational Health referrals, and reasonable adjustments.Analyse ER trends and data to inform policy improvements and proactive interventions.Contribute to the design and delivery of training and workshops to upskill managers on ER best practices.Stay up to date with employment law developments across multiple jurisdictions.What We’re Looking For:Must have proven experience managing complex ER cases with confidence and independence.Must have strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the UK; international HR/ER experience is essential.Additional languages capabilities would be beneficial CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high standards of integrity and professionalism.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
