Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent. Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Provide expert support on onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee welfare. Analyse recruitment data to drive continuous improvement. Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for workforce matters. Deliver impactful Social Value plans aligned with client goals. Build partnerships with community organisations and stakeholders. Organise events, stakeholder visits, and engagement programmes. Lead external communications including newsletters, PR, and social media.
