Job DescriptionEmployee Relations Team ManagerBirmingham - hybrid, 2 days in office55,000 - 65,000 plus benefitsA highly regarded global organisation within the financial services sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations Team Manager to lead a newly-created People Advisory function.In this pivotal role, you will:Lead and mentor a team of Employee Relations Advisors across the UK and US.Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality HR guidance aligned with employment law and HR best practices.Oversee complex ER cases and coach managers through people-related challenges.Collaborate with senior HR stakeholders (including HRBPs) to enhance employee experience and build management capability.Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement in people services.What were looking for:Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within a shared services or advisory environment.Strong understanding of global HR policies and employment law frameworks.Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and evolve the employee relations landscape in a values-led, forward-thinking business that places people at the centre of its strategy.
