JM Workforce Services is looking for a number of Responsible Individuals to work with different Children's Home providers across the UK on either part-time or full-time basis. Please note - You will need the right to work in the UK to apply. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children and young people. Oversee staff coordination, scheduling, and facility utilisation to optimise efficiency. Develop and manage the annual budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Implement auditing systems to ensure compliance with Childrens Home Regulations (England) 2015. Establish key performance metrics and systems for continuous monitoring and improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain Ofsted compliance and manage property and car maintenance to meet health and safety standards. Provide direct line management to Registered Managers, offering ongoing supervision, training, and performance reviews. Oversee recruitment, develop disciplinary policies, and conduct incident investigations.
