The RoleI’m working with a leading national law firm with a strong reputation in defendant litigation. As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Disease Supervisor to join their busy and well-established team based in Birmingham.In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload of industrial disease matters, with a particular focus on noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) claims. You’ll take responsibility for the full file lifecycle, from initial instruction through to resolution - handling case strategy, evidence review, settlement negotiations, and any necessary procedural steps. You'll also liaise with clients and third parties to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes, on time and within service expectations.Alongside managing your caseload, you will supervise and support a small team of fee earners, providing guidance on file strategy, monitoring performance against KPIs, and contributing to training and development.
