Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to provide PA and administrative support to the Senior Management team and work across the organisation, providing high level administrative and organisational supportPosition: Personal AssistantLocation: Harborne/Home Based with some potential outreach workHours: 30-37 hours (negotiable)Contract: PermanentSalary: 27,250 per annum (based on full time)Benefits: The provision of workplace wellbeing support and activities, Staff Employee Assistance Programme, hybrid working, flexible working and a range of family friendly policies.Closing Date: Sunday 6th July 2025 (midnight)Interview dates: TBCThe RoleThe organisation delivers a range of health and wellbeing services across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black country, including a role as VCFSE Partner Locality Lead for the South Birmingham Locality and is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Personal Assistant to support the Senior Management Team with key tasks including diary and event management, administrative support, as well as communication and relationship management with a range of stakeholders.Based at the main Gateway office in Harborne, there is a requirement for some travel across the area, and hybrid working is supported.Main activities within the role include:Provision of PA and administrative support to the Senior Management TeamScheduling and diary managementEvent and meeting planning including liaison with external partnersCoordination of key meetings including note taking, room booking etSupporting the production of reports, presentations and correspondence utilising a range of formats including Excel, Word and Power PointAbout YouYou should be an experienced Personal Assistant or Administrator conversant in the duties of the role as detailed above and in the attached Job Description.You should be self-motivated with the ability to communicate well at all levels and with a range of stakeholders.
