CNC Operator relocation required Locations: x2 sites Daventry & Wales(you can choose) Salary: Up to 39,372.32 per year (depending on shift & experience) Type: Full-time, Permanent Right to Work in the UK required Working hours: various shifts available Benefits(depends on client): Monthly attendance/overtime bonuses (up to 20% ) Quarterly performance & pay reviews ability to progress your pay quickly 20 days holiday + bank holidays + holiday loyalty scheme (up to 25 days) Employee Benefits Programme (local discounts) Pension scheme Free on-site parking Long-term permanent opportunities Full training and development pathways As a CNC Operator youll do: Set up, operate and monitor CNC machinery to produce high-quality components Interpret technical drawings, specifications and production instructions Select and load appropriate materials, tools and machine programmes Carry out routine quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults or issues Keep the work area clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures Work efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment What were looking for: Minimum 2 years experience operating CNC machinery (metal cutting/shaping) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail & commitment to quality Physically fit and confident working in production Good level of spoken English Reliable, hardworking and eager to grow with the company These jobs are based in Daventry and Wales .
