Whats on Offer as a CNC Operator Setter: Competitive salary (based on experience) plus shift allowances Profit share scheme rewarding your contribution to the companys success Real opportunities to develop CNC skills , including advanced 4- and 5-axis operations What Youll Do as a CNC Operator Setter: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and production machinery Carry out tooling adjustments, machine changeovers, and regular quality checks Work with a range of advanced machinery, including Fanuc Robodrills, Hurco, Mecal, Elumatec, Mazak, and Haas What Were Looking For as a CNC Operator Setter: Previous experience as a Production Operative / Setter is great, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Team-oriented, with good communication and a collaborative mindset Full-time, permanent role with rotating shifts: MonThu: 6am2pm or 2pm10pm Fri: 6am12pm or 12pm6pm This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic, expanding business and build a long-term career in CNC machining .
