You will manage a team of three recruitment consultants, oversee key accounts, and drive business development across both private and public sector clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruitment consultantsManage and grow key client accounts across hard and soft FM servicesImplement networking and marketing strategies to expand our client baseDrive new business development and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with Managing Director to set and achieve performance targetsConduct regular 1:1s, monitor KPIs, and analyse recruitment metricsIdentify training needs and support team developmentFoster a positive, motivated, and success-driven team cultureClient Portfolio Includes: We work with a range of high-profile clients including: Serco, Integral, Greggs, DPD, and Public Sector FrameworksIdeal Candidate:7+ years of recruitment agency experience with a stable and progressive career historyStrong background in Facilities Management recruitmentProven success in business development and key account managementExperience managing a team/division of 3 consultants or moreWhy Join Us?
