Contract Electrical CAD Engineer

Job Description Contract ECAD Engineer | AutoCAD Electrical | Outside IR35Im currently looking to speak with ECAD Engineers for a contract opportunity (Outside IR35) working on electrical product development.This role will focus on creating and updating electrical schematics as the product evolves, supporting engineering changes and the introduction of new features.Key details: Initial 3-month contract with potential extension to 6 months Outside IR35 Primary toolset: AutoCAD Electrical Working on schematic development and updates for an evolving product platformExperience were looking for: Strong experience producing electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical Comfortable working independently and driving tasks forward with minimal supervision Experience with electrical panel / panel-based products is beneficial Broader electrical system design or integration experience would be advantageous but isnt essentialThis would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with ECAD, working autonomously, and contributing to real product development work rather than purely documentation.If this could be of interest, feel free to drop me a message or comment below and Ill reach out.
