Associate Director Building Surveyor Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working) Salary: Up to 70k DOE + excellent benefits TSA Surveying is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary consultancy for an Associate Director Building Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to lead and grow a regional Building Surveying team while managing a varied and high-profile project portfolio across multiple sectors. Youll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team, leading client relationships, and delivering excellence across all aspects of building surveying. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Building Surveyors to deliver exceptional service to clients. Play an active role in business planning and regional growth strategy. Support regional leadership in driving business development across service lines. Lead bid activity and ensure proposals are well-resourced and of the highest quality. Oversee the development and implementation of consistent surveying processes and templates across regions. Manage financial performance of the team, including invoicing, debtor management, and cost control. Promote best practices in sustainability and innovation within the built environment. Requirements: Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). Proven experience delivering both professional and project-based building surveying services. Strong background in client management and business development. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
