Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Building Surveyors to deliver exceptional service to clients. Play an active role in business planning and regional growth strategy. Oversee the development and implementation of consistent surveying processes and templates across regions. Manage financial performance of the team, including invoicing, debtor management, and cost control. Promote best practices in sustainability and innovation within the built environment. Requirements: Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). Proven experience delivering both professional and project-based building surveying services. Strong background in client management and business development. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
