Behaviour Support: Support positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a safe and respectful learning environment. Personalised Learning: Work collaboratively with other SEN Teacher staff and SENCO to implement EHCPs and monitor student progress. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with fellow SEN Teacher staff, parents, and external professionals regarding student progress and support needs.
