The Role: Due to continued growth, were seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic pre-construction team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and infrastructure projects Analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures Assist in bid strategy and risk assessment discussions Work closely with the pre-construction, design, and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing and project feasibility Requirements: Proven experience as an Estimator within civil engineering, groundworks, or infrastructure Strong understanding of civil engineering processes, materials, and methodologies Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office packages Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Whats on Offer: Competitive salary of 55,000 65,000 (DOE) Hybrid working 2 days per week from home Vehicle package or car allowance Genuine fast-track progression opportunities into Senior Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager roles Supportive and forward-thinking company culture with ongoing professional development TPBN1_UKTJ
