The Role As the Gas Contract Supervisor, youll: Manage effectively all working at Height carried out by your team including scaffold inspection and management. Carry out face fit training for your team and ensure all records are kept up to date. Record all accidents, near misses, Safety observations and HIPOs on AIMS Carry out toolbox talks on a regular basis and record attendees. Manage absence in line with the policy, update HR.net and sickness tracker with all cases. Carry out investigations, prepare investigation reports in line with the disciplinary policy. You To be successful in the role of Gas Contract Supervisor, youll bring: Gas Safe / Electrically Qualified, M&E / Electrical Experience (2 years min) Experienced level in a recognised skilled trade Hold Gas ACS qualifications. Current and Valid UK driving licence Gas Safe / Electrically Qualified, M&E / Electrical Experience (2 years min) What's in it for you?
