Entrepreneurial Senior Management Consultant who can help to grow a consulting business and shape its future The role: As a Consulting Director, you will have a remit to sustain and grow the company’s credentials in Operational Excellence and Transformation across a wide range of sectors. Key responsibilities: Drive the consulting firm’s growth and deliver outstanding results across the global client base. Lead consulting teams in delivering complex, high-value transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable client outcomes. Grow the client portfolio through proactive relationship building, thought leadership, and securing new business. You: Proven success as a management consultant responsible for winning, developing, and delivering business in sectors such as manufacturing, aerospace & defense, construction, infrastructure, rail, energy, and utilities. Experience in leading and managing blue-chip clients within a consultancy, with expertise in strategy, performance improvement, operational excellence, and coaching. Passion for people and performance transformation, with a background in Operational Excellence, Lean, and Continuous Improvement. Collaborative leader, capable of building strong relationships and working independently or as part of a team.
