Job Description BMS Service & Small Works ManagerLocation: MidlandsSalary: 50,000 60,000 + Car Allowance + BenefitsAbout the RoleMy client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Manager to lead service operations across the Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing engineers, managing client relationships, and delivering small works projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging BMS service engineers across the MidlandsOverseeing PPM contracts and reactive maintenancePricing and delivering small works projectsClient relationship managementResource planning and schedulingEnsuring profitability and service standardsSupporting recruitment and team developmentRequirementsStrong background in BMS service deliveryExperience managing engineers and service teamsCommercial awareness and project costing experienceKnowledge of Trend systems preferredExcellent organisational and leadership skillsSalary & BenefitsSalary & Package50,000 60,000 basic salaryCar allowance: 350 per month (vehicle provided by you during probation)Business mileage paid at 20p per mileOn-site allowance where applicable:Over 5 hours: 5 per dayOver 10 hours: 10 per dayOvernight: 25 per dayAccommodation paid directly by the companyAdditional Benefits23 days holiday + Bank HolidaysPension contributions as per Government guidelinesTraining during probation (if required)Opportunity to shape and grow the Midlands divisionIf you are interested in this role please apply with your CV or contact Damien on 01254 781300SER-INJBRP1_UKTJ
