What youll be getting stuck into as a Business Development Manager Building employer relationships across Birmingham and surrounding areas through proactive sales activity. Matching apprentices to suitable vacancies and coordinating interview arrangements. Managing key accounts with a single-point-of-contact approach to maintain strong relationships. Preparing learners for interviews and employment, ensuring theyre set up for success. Overseeing compliance paperwork to ensure all documentation is completed before start dates. Monitoring apprenticeemployer relationships to ensure a strong, ongoing fit. What youll bring to the table as a Business Development Manager Previous experience in sales, recruitment, engagement or a similar environment. Strong ability to build rapport and understand employer needs. Experience coordinating processes and managing multiple stakeholders. Confidence in meeting targets and working proactively to exceed expectations.
