Were looking for a Network Process Excellence & Compliance Manager to lead operational improvement and service change governance across a major UK transport network. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, aligning teams, and using data to deliver smarter, more reliable services. You will need to: Lead national service change governance and performance tracking. Deliver process improvements across planning and scheduling operations. Drive cross-functional initiatives with ops, engineering, data, and compliance teams. Create and manage toolkits, guidance, and reporting templates to embed best practices. Partner with analytics teams to unlock insights and resolve data issues. Enable strategic delivery and continuous improvement across the network planning function.
