Business Development Manager Reporting to : UK Country Head Location: Birmingham / London (working remotely and in shared office spaces) Pay: 35K -40K Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or related field. 4+ years experience in business development, partnership management, or B2B sales (healthcare experience preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule. About the Role As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for expanding our partner network across GP clinics, dental clinics, and fertility clinics in the UK. Your primary goal will be to showcase the companies value proposition, onboard new partners, and maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive mutual growth. This is a relationship-led, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with consistent partner engagement including visiting key partners every two weeks to build rapport, identify synergies, and co-create opportunities for collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Partner Acquisition & Onboarding Identify and target GP clinics, dental clinics, fertility clinics, and other relevant healthcare providers for partnership opportunities. Present the company growth value proposition, highlighting our doctor-led pathways, overseas-based aftercare, and post-treatment insurance. Lead the full onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with necessary information, collateral, and training. Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with all partners, including in-person visits every two weeks to nurture relationships and align on opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, feedback, and collaboration requests. Work with partners to identify joint initiatives, cross-promotions, and community engagement opportunities. Growth & Revenue Generation Develop and execute strategies to increase patient referrals from partner clinics. Track and report on partner performance, referrals, and overall contribution to the companies growth. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for specific partner audiences. Market & Opportunity Development Stay up to date with industry trends in healthcare and medical tourism to identify new opportunities.
