The role offers a hybrid working model and clear progression pathways.The Role As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for the full planning lifecycle across high-value multi-room projects. Youll be developing detailed programmes using Asta Powerproject, conducting critical path analysis, monitoring progress against milestones, and identifying and managing project risks. Youll also provide clear and regular reporting to project stakeholders and support tender submissions with robust planning input.The Person To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience in a planning role within the construction industry, with a proven track record in multi-room projects such as student accommodation, PRS, or build-to-rent. Proficiency in Asta Powerproject is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with stakeholders at all levels, and the ability to manage and prioritise workload across multiple schemes.The Package As a Senior Planner, youll earn a salary of 70,000 to 80,000p/a, depending on experience.
