Job DescriptionSenior Business Systems Analyst - Birmingham - BioTech - Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare business seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support its manufacturing operations in the cell and gene therapy space. Based in Birmingham, this is a permanent role within the internal IT function, working across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities and Engineering.You will act as the link between business users and technical teams, helping define and deliver system enhancements, integrations and process improvements. This role involves managing business requirements, supporting testing and deployment, and ensuring the reliability and compliance of key operational systems.Key responsibilities include:Supporting systems such as SAP, Maximo, Robar, OSI PI, Tableau and AWSLeading requirements gathering and documentation for system improvementsCoordinating testing and change control for updates and deploymentsDriving best practice across core processes including Plan to Make and Order to CashManaging system configurations and ensuring compliance with internal IT controlsFacilitating stakeholder discussions and technology roadmap planningSupporting MES, Finite Scheduling and other cross functional systems when neededWe are looking for:At least 4 years of experience in pharma, biotech or life sciencesKnowledge of SAP MM and WM, with experience in manufacturing or supply chain processesExperience with SQL, data mining and reporting tools such as TableauFamiliarity with GxP and structured IT change managementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsClear communication and confidence working across departments and with senior stakeholdersAbility to work independently and handle competing prioritiesSound like you?
